TICKETING OFFICER (MEDAN, MAKASSAR)
Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the availability of appropriate solutions to customer related Reservation Passenger, Cargo, Passenger Ticketing, GFF service, and refund ticket
  • Ensure effective operations of City Check-in Services, Cargo
  • Ensuring the right solution for customers handling of Lost / Damage Baggage and Claim Complain, Complain Passenger and Cargo / complement
  • Ensure the sale of Garuda Shop articles
  • Ensure demand and sales of tour packages available can be sold
  • Ensure the information provided in accordance with customer requirements

Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Indonesian Citizen
  • Domiciled in Medan/Makassar and surrounding areas
  • Age max. 25 years
  • Education graduates min. D3 Degree majoring in any field from reputable university or educational institution
  • GPA min. 2.75 (4:00 scale)
  • Attractive appearance
  • Min height for Female 160cm, and Male min. 165cm, with a proportional weight
  • Physically and mentally healthy
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent in English (spoken and written)
  • Mastering the use of computers and information systems applications (min. Ms Office and internet)
  • Willing to be placed at Garuda Indonesia Sales Office in Medan/Makassar branch Office and work with the shift system
