Jakarta based company with more than 31 years of experience in providing services to oil and gas industry and Geothermal in Indonesia.
We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our project at CEPU BLOCK.

1. ONSHORE PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (CP – 01)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Reports to Pipeline Construction Site Manager.
• Supervise pre-construction, mainline construction, mechanical completion, and pipeline commissioning activities while driving contractor towards flawless performance in the areas of SSHE, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Review construction plans and administer the execution of the EPC contract. Review change requests in accordance with project management of change plan.
• Coordinate resolution of construction issues with appropriate company and contractor resources on and off site.
• Interface with Operations, Drilling, and/or other EPC’s as necessary to effectively execute construction activities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS/ME in Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas with a minimum of 7 years in pipelines.
• Strong leadership skills while still able to nurture harmony in the work teams.
• Full understanding of site safety issues and onshore pipeline construction methods.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.

2. ONSHORE PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (CP – 02)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Reports to Onshore Pipeline Construction Superintendent.
• Supervise pre-construction, mainline construction, HDD, and valve site construction while monitoring and appraising contractor performance in the areas of SSHE, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Provide input on construction plans and administration of the EPC contract. Review change requests in accordance with project management of change plan.
• Coordinate resolution of construction issues with appropriate company and contractor resources on and off site.
• Keep an accurate time log and provide Superintendent with daily notes as well as continuous verbal feedback on project progress, issues, and/or problem areas.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS/ME in Engineering.
• 7 years of experience in Oil and Gas with a minimum of 4 years in pipelines.
• Strong supervision skills while still able to nurture harmony in the work teams.
• Familiar with site safety issues and onshore pipeline construction methods.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

3. INSPECTION LEAD SPREAD (CP – 03)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee inspection of piping and welding activities conducted at contractors and subcontractors facilities.
• Coordinate with other structural and piping inspectors.
• Review original material certificates for compliances to codes and specifications.
• Ensure testing, measuring, welding and NDE equipment is fully calibrated and has current certification.
• Ensure storage and user of welding consumables is per manufacture’s recommendations and full certifications.
• Review Contractor’s field inspections and test reports.
• Verify Contractor, subcontractor Quality Management systems, plans, procedures and processes are in place.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
• Working knowledge of :
- Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (e.g. AWS D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001).
- Piping fabrication methods.
- Welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods.
- Piping, Isometrics and shop drawing.
• Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc.)
• Good Oral and written English language skills.
• Well versed in safe work practices.
• Strong Supervision and leadership skills.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in inspection of piping systems on major onshore construction projects.

4. COATING INSPECTOR (CP – 04)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Verify required coating inspection methods are performed on pipeline, including DFT, holiday testing, etc.
• Monitor mixing and application of coating by contractor.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Oversee application of field joint coating.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Extensive training and experience in coatings and coatings inspection, application methods, and testing.
• Previous training as a NACE coatings inspector is helpful.
• Knowledge of surface preparation methods and other requirements for obtaining desired performance from coatings.
• 7 years of experience in coatings and coatings inspection.
• Overseas pipeline experience is helpful.
• Competent in PC skills relative to Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail system.

5. CIVIL INSPECTOR (CP – 05)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee civil/structural related construction activities (excavation, paving, etc.) performed by the Contractor or sub-contractors in assigned coverage area.
• Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope.
• Ensure that all civil/structural related activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all required civil/structural related inspections are performed properly.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Facilitate communication of civil related project execution issues the Project Team.
• Communicate with the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatoryrequirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures, maintain Deviation Control Log.
• Assist in stewarding civil/structural queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests.
• Keep Project Team informed of civil/structural progress, deviations, and execution concerns.
• Provide input on contractor performance such as worker capabilities, training, qualifications, and staffing levels.
• Assist the Project Team in obtaining civil/structural related contract documents, including those referred to in the job specification.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Broad and extensive knowledge of:
- Industry design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria.
- Onshore pipeline and valve station design, construction, and operations.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of closely related professional experience, 5+ years inspecting civil/structural works.
• Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.

6. E&I INSPECTOR (CP – 06)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee E&I related construction activities (conduit installation, cabling, terminations, testing, etc.) performed by the Contractor or sub-contractors in assigned coverage area.
• Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope.
• Ensure that all E&I related activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all required E&I related inspections are performed properly.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Facilitate communication of civil related project execution issues the Project Team.
• Communicate with the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements, ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures, maintain Deviation Control Log.
• Assist in stewarding E&I queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests.

7. REGULATORY & PERMIT SITE SUPPORT (CP – 07)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Represents the project as a member of the Export System Project Team.
• Stewards the Export System regulatory process - liaise, coordinate, prepare, and submit the applications and documents to obtain the required permits.
- Liaise with Central, Provincial and Regency government regulators to obtain the necessary permits for smooth construction of the export system.
- Liaise / Coordinate Contractor regulatory staff and other groups as required to develop the application and obtain the required permits.
- Monitor and ensure Contractor obtains permits required for execution of the contract work (e.g. Contractor camp building permits, DEPNAKER).
- Develop Company regulatory database (REGFRAME) for monitoring of regulatory compliance and develop /provide such as a handover document to operations.
• Interface with the other functional groups on regulations/permits regarding safety and security and Support other functional groups (e.g. Environmental, Public and Government Affairs, and Land) in communication with regulators to satisfy Legal requirements.
• Identify potential execution issues related to Company and / or Contractor permitting activities and develop mitigation plans as required.
• Obtain Functional guidance on and input to Company Lessons Learn and Best Practices.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS degree in Law, Engineering or other related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Regulatory discipline within the Oil and Gas Industry or related industries (e.g. infrastructure construction, mining), preferably involved with pipeline projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Knowledge of regulators and governmental agencies applicable to the project scope/area is a plus.

8. PJIT / MIGAS INSPECTION COORDINATOR (CP – 08)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Work closely with PT, PJIT, DJ-MIGAS, EPC Contractor and subcontractors to develop DJMIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities requiring SKPP, SKKP or SKPI are certified by DJMIGAS.
• Obtain all required technical data to be reviewed by PJIT from EPC and PT and ensure that PJIT receive the data on timely manner.
• Develop DJ-MIGAS inspection schedule and arrange DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS (if required) visits for all DJ-MIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points.
• Prepare invitation letter to DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS to witness FAT, hydro test, SAT, commissioning/start-up, site inspection, etc.
• Accompany DJ-MIGAS, BPMIGAS and PJIT to witness FAT, hydro test, SAT, startup/ commissioning and other inspections.
• Ensure Berita Acara/Inspection Report is prepared for each inspection/visit and all findings are recorded and reported.
• Develop and manage Berita Acara/Inspection Report spreadsheet and expedite the closure of findings.
• Review databook for SKPP, SKKP, and SPKI with PT and PJIT for timely submission to DJMIGAS.
• Prepare any required presentation to DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS related to DJ-MIGAS inspection.
• Other non-routine work in Quality as requested by Supervisor.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or an extensive degree of technical training and experience in the field of Quality inspection or DJ-MIGAS certification.
• Working knowledge of DJ-MIGAS Regulations and other Government of Indonesian Regulations required to obtain SKPP, SKKP and SKPI certificates of worthiness.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in DJ-MIGAS certification or minimum 3 years of experience in DJ-MIGAS certification with minimum 4 years of experience in Quality control/inspection.
• Minimum three (3) years experiences in inspection of piping system, equipment and facilities on major onshore or offshore project is preferred.
• Working knowledge of:
- Piping and pressure vessel codes and Quality standards (ASME section V, ASME section VIII, ASME section IX, ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and ISO 9001).
- Pipeline construction methods.
- Piping, Isometrics and Shop Drawings.
- Indonesian National Standard (SNI).
• Knowledge of piping, instrumentation, and electrical equipment (generator, transformer, switch gear, etc.) and their function/running test.
• Well versed in safe work practices.
• Good oral and written English communication skills - report writing, invitation letter and presentation skills.
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

9. CHANGE COORDINATOR (CP – 09)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Understanding of Project Management System terminology, phases, gates, and deliverables.
• Participation in developing and coordinating project execution plan.
• Assist with planning and implementation of project reviews (e.g., IPRs, readiness reviews).
• Assist with project execution workshops (e.g. lessons learned, key issues, organization and staffing plans, etc.)
• Engages experts required in project management such as SHE, regulatory, quality and cost schedule development as needed.
• Involved in developing and coordinating overall execution plans with particular responsibility to organization planning issue management, interface management, lessons learned and management of change elements.
• Assist and support Project Execution Lead to apply Project Management System to identify the progress and monitor trends.
• Able to coordinate project documentation and periodic progress report.
• Maintain and update all training matrix including updating required training profiles, facilitate training activities and verify maintenance of participant when required, provide monthly KPI reports in the support for Project Training and Induction Plan.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Degree in Technical (BS/MS).
• Broad experience in management project and business control.
• Leadership and personnel management skill.
• Support interact action with stakeholders, including co-ventures and local government institutions.
• Competency in Project Management (e.g. Cost estimation, project control, execution planning, contract, planning and scheduling).
• 3 years experience in different project management areas.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office application.

10. CUSTOMS CLEARENCE SPECIALIST (CP – 10)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Interface with Project Management Teams and MCL EPC Contractors regarding customs processes and provide guidance as needed.
• Check customs documents to make sure materials are included in Master List in accordance with Contract terms and previous approvals.
• Maintain and expedite custom clearance of imported/exported materials based on MCL regulation, contract terms AND Government regulation.
• Review and ensure all proforma invoices of imported materials and re-exported materials to be matched with Master List.
• Support preparation of import and export document.
• Liaison between Project Management Teams , BPMIGAS, Dit.Jen MIGAS, Custom and other government institution concerned on emergency materials/equipment, custom finding, force majeure materials (lost in hole) and to carry out solving the problem
• Support review of EPC Contractors customs invoices / support MCL payment process when direct pay to customs

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Bachelor S1 degree and English proficient.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics and Formalities especially in the Oil and Gas industry.
