Ericsson Fast Forward (EFF) is one year development program for talented fresh graduate which provides you with comprehensive competence development series (in class training, on job training and coaching)

In this program you will get a fast and integrated program to grasp comprehensive knowledge and competence as Service Engineer in IP/Broadband/Core and Radio Access Network area of competence.

A Services Engineer provides technical service and support to new and existing customer networks or internal Ericsson test plants - telecom and datacom. Plans, designs, troubleshoot and resolve problems in order to stabilise and optimise the network to meet customer requirement for both software and hardware. Configures and integrates different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks. As well as added /upgrade the network with new features.

A Services Engineer would typically interact with customer technical staff and operation managers, service engineers and other groups within Service Delivery organization. They may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3^rd Party suppliers and local authorities.

As there are no distinct borders between the areas, you are expected to be flexible and master more than one area, and also to travel and work in different cultural environments.

The technical development is rapid and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date.

With the engagement on EFF program 2012 you will be expecting to have a wanted profile as below:

• Excellent contribution to the organization/team achievement
• Have a broadness knowledge, skills and work experiences in cross Function roles within competence domain
• Service Engineer Experienced level certified in 24 - 36 months

Qualifications

As a potential candidate you should possess following critical qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree graduated from Telecommunications Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer System/ Information System & Technology/ Informatics Engineering
• Minimum GPA is 3,00 (scale of 4)
• Maximum age is 23 years old by 31st of December 2012
• Having experience in organization activities. Leadership exposure is an advantage
• Hold ICT certification is preferrable (e.g. TCP/IP, Cisco, Database & Programming)
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Good communication, interpersonal an presentation skills
• Fast learner, Result driven, perseverance, and adaptable to change
