Lowongan Kerja Tambang - Berau Coal

We are one of the largest and fast growing coal mining companies running our operation in Berau, East-Kalimantan. We are looking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to fill the following positions:

1. Infrastructure Development Superintendent
The appointee will be responsible to manage Infrastructure Development section; Provide the analysis of Feasibility study, budget proposal, project plan & schedule, organize and monitoring the implementation for all infrastructure project at Berau Coal site operational area.

Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience as site manager or similar position, preferably from coal mining industries.
• Having experience handling conveyor, hauling road project or power plant project.
• Holding POM certification will be an advantage.
• Willing to relocate to Berau – East Kalimantan.

2. Project Plan & Control Engineer
The appointee will be responsible to provide project design, the analysis of feasibility study, budget estimation, and prepare bidding documentation for infrastructure project.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position, preferably from coal mining industries.
• AutoCad literature.
• Having knowledge in PUIL (for electrical engineering).
• Willing to relocate to Berau – East Kalimantan.

3. Sales Representative
The appointee will be responsible to achieve export sales objectives within product range or assigned districts; pursue sales leads, promote products, conclude orders, arrange internal sales logistic. Technical knowledge is essential

Requirement :
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Mining Engineering.
• Proficient in English is a must.
• Having knowledge about Boiler machine. Minimum 2 year experience in similar position.
• Placement at Jakarta

4. Coal Technology Engineer
The appointee will be responsible to monitor tender process, DED (detail design engineering) & EPC of 2x20 MW Binungan Power Plant, technical support to marketing division in the matter of coal brand, and other coal technology feasibility study.

Requirements;
• Bachelor degree on Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.
• Minimum 1 year experience on Power Plant development project or coal technology feasibility study.
• Willing to relocate to Berau – East Kalimantan.

5. Emergency Response Commander
The appointee will be reporting to Chief ERG and responsible to be an Incident Commander to lead and supervise rescue operation on the area under his/her responsibility and also maintaining the group and the emergency devices/tools readiness.

Requirements:
• Must be hold of bachelor degree (any discipline)
• Have had any previous experience to lead and manage rescue operation.
• Have had any competencies of fire protection, fire rescue or other rescue operation, medical emergency treatment, administration and developing others.
• Emergency/rescue rope technique competency is a must.
• Navigation & mountaineering competencies would be an advantage.
• Willing to relocate to Berau – East Kalimantan.

6. Hydrology Engineer
Responsible to supervise mining activities in-term of hydrological aspect and provide hydrological risk assessment recommendation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree on Civil Engineering (water resources engineering)
• Minimum 2 years experience hold Hydrological as, preferably from open pit mining industries.
• Proficient on rock / soil mechanic principle.
• Hold POP certification would be an advantage.
• Have good analytical skills for control and problem-solving.
• Willing to relocate to Berau – East Kalimantan.

7. Legal Officer
Responsible to support corporate legal aspect; advise department on all legal and regulatory issue, negotiate and review legal document between company and the third party, provide legal assistance on litigation matters if necessary.

Requirements:
• Holds a minimum of Bachelor degree on Law Faculty.
• Having strong negotiation skill and contract drafting.
• Having minimum 2 years working experience as corporate legal preferably in Coal Mining Industries.
• Having excellent understanding on government regulation especially “UU MINERBA”.
Willing to relocate to Berau – East Kalimantan.

8. Shipping Supervisor
The appointee will be responsible to the Shipping Manager&PFSO for supervising the loading unloading coal activities from barges to mother vessel / OGV (Ocean Going Vessels) and coordinating the transportation to the coal transshipment point.

Requirements :
• Bachelor degree on Nautical Discipline of Merchant Marine Higher Education or Chief • Mate Ocean (MPB II / ANT II qualification) would be an advantage. Fluent in English.
• Minimum 2 years working experience as officer in International liner, shipping agency or stevedoring company will be advantage. Will be relocate to Berau.
• Willing to relocate to Berau – East Kalimantan.

9. Safety Supervisor
Responsible to supervise the implementation of safety & risk control program base on PT Berau Coal occupational Health & Safety management system and also perform inspection regularly at operational area including contractor in order to make safe operation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree mining Engineering, Geological, Civil Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety/ Public Health, Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position preferably from coal mining industries.
• Having knowledge in OSHAS 18001
• POP/ AK3 Certified.
• Willing to relocate to Berau – East Kalimantan.

10. QHSE System Compliance Officer
Responsible to monitor implementation of Quality Health Safety and Environtment (QHSE) Management System and procedure, supervise implementation of external audit corrective action recommendation and controlling QHSE system and procedure documentation.

Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Environmental, OHS , Chemical or Industrial Engineering. Capable in develop environment management system certification (ISO 14001). Capable in internal auditor ISO Auditor certification (ISO 9001). Capable in internal auditor ISO Auditor certification (ISO 18001).
• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position is a must.
• Preferable from mining industries.
• Willing to relocate to Berau – East Kalimantan.
