This year, Bank Agro shares owned by Bank Rakyat Indonesia (88,12%) and Dapenbun (7,28%) and public (4,60%). We are currently seeking suitable candidate for the following position:

Officer Development Program (ODP)
Requirements:

• Minimal education Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in any field from reputable accredited university
• Having minimal GPA 2.75
• Age max 25 years old (without experience) or max 27 years old (with 1 year experience in banking)
• Good looking
• Having good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Hard worker, diligent and independent
• Proficiency in English
• Willing to follow the entire selection process
• Willing to be placed anywhere at Bank Agroniaga business unit
• Physically and mentally healthy
