To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, Eni Indonesia is inviting candidates who posses relevant education background, experience and competencies to join our Company.


1 LICENSE AND PERMIT COORDINATOR(code: GOV03)

• Coordinate the application of required license and permit for Development and Exploration activities in Indonesia as well as supporting user in following up the progress of the approval, in coordination with the relevant user department
• Ensure that Eni Indonesia has all required licenses and permits to conduct its activity and in line with the law and regulation
• Liaise with authority and Internal Eni on tracking the progress of the license and communicate effectively with the authority
• The candidate must have a Science, Economic or Law degree, have a minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating license/permit application for Development and Production phases in oil and gas company.
• The candidate is requested to have a strong oral and written Bahasa Indonesia and English. Please submit a short essay in Bahasa Indonesia.


2 HSES PROJECT LEADER (Code: HSE01)

• To develop and ensure the implementation of HSE policy and procedures for offshore development project
• To monitor the implementation of HSE activities of the development project
• To advice project team on HSE aspects
• To ensure compliance of project 1-ISE with relevant regulations and ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements
• The candidate should have a minimum 10 years of relevant experience in offshore oil and gas development project, have experience in the implementation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification and thorough knowledge of Indonesia regulations and International standards related to oil and gas projects.


3 PIPELINE ENGINEER (Code: FAC01)

• To provide specialist pipeline engineering input into the conceptual, front end and/or detailed engineering design of offshore and onshore field development projects
• To ensure that contractor pipeline designs and specifications meet project requirements and industry best practice
• To contribute in preparing EPCI ITTs and bids technical evaluations
• The candidate should have a degree in Engineering and a minimum 7 years of oil and gas industry experience and 5 years of pipeline design experience


4 FEED REP. — PROJECT ENGINEER FLOWLINE, RISERS AND UMBILICALS(Code: PDV08)

•FEED Stage
To support Company WP Leader and Project Manager in managing and supervising FEED Contractor in relation to the Pipeline/Riser/Flowlines & Installation Work Package. At FEED completion and before starting the Execution the role will be converted into Project Engineer for Flowlines, Risers and Umbilicals.
• EPCI Stage
To provide specialist pipeline engineering input into the detailed engineering design of flow lines (flexible and rigid), risers and umbilicals. To ensure that contractor designs and specifications meet project requirements and industry best practice. To supervise offshore flow lines, risers, umbilical and subsea systems installation activities, monitoring contractor performance, assuring the application of all the relevant HSEQ and Q.A procedures, and providing technical support as required.
• The candidate must have an Engineering degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering. Must be experienced in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas Company with not less than 7 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry, both offshore and onshore,


5 FEED REP. -PROJECT ENGINEER EXPORT PIPELINES (Code: PDV06)

• FEED Stage
To support Company WP Leader and Project Manager in managing and supervising FEED Contractor in relation to the Pipeline/Riser/Flowlines & Installation Work Package. At FEED completion and before starting the Execution the role will be converted into Project Engineer Export Pipelines Installation.

To provide specialist engineering input into the detailed engineering design of export pipelines. To ensure that contractor designs and specifications meet project requirements and industry best practice. To supervise export pipelines installation activities, monitoring contractor performance, assuring the application of all the relevant l-ISEQ and Q,A procedures, and providing technical support as required.
The candidate must have an Engineering degree preferably In Mechanical Engineering. Must be experienced in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas Company with not less than 7 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry, both offshore and onshore.


6 INTERFACE ENGINEER (Code: PDV02)

• To control the flow of technical data across one or more project work
• To ensure that interfaces are formally closed and approved by all parties before the design is frozen
• To monitor, update and record revision and status of interfaces
• The candidate should have a degree in Engineering, and experience in Project Engineering for Onshore & Offshore facilities, a minimum 7 years of working experience In oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore and a minimum of 5 years of working experience with contractors.


7 COST ESTIMATOR (Code: PSV03)

• To produce cost estimates for new offshore/onshore field development projects to aid management in bidding or determining projects final costs
• Candidate must be responsible for preparing project cost estimate procedures and guidelines; collecting and analyzing data on all of the factors that can affect costs, such as materials, lab our, location, duration of the project, and special machinery requirements, including computer hardware and software; assessing cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops; preparing estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors; creating and updating development cost database as reference for future development activities
• The candidate must have an Engineering or technical degree, experience as Cost Estimator in a major oil and gas company, not less that 7 years of working experience in oil & gas Industry, both offshore and onshore, not, less than 5 years of


8 COST CONTROLLER (Code: PSV02)

• To provide project management with accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan, and identifying areas of potential budget overrun requiring corrective action
• To assure project budgeting and cost control during the various project phases are properly in place, including verifications of contractor cost estimates and cost reports
• To prepare budget and cost control procedure as well as cost breakdown structure
• The candidate must have an Engineering or technical degree, experience in Project Controls, have a minimum 5 years of oil and gas industry experience, both offshore and onshore, a minimum 3 years experience of working in a similar position and experience of working with contractors.


9 OPERATIONS READINESS & ASSURANCE COORDINATOR (Code: PDV07)

• To be responsible for representing the operations function during the project development and design, including the overall planning for the transition to commissioning and production operations.
• To provide the operational input to the development of new facilities as well as leading the development and implementation of Operations Assurance plans
• To develop operations & maintenance strategies and plans
• The candidate should have a degree In Engineering with practical experience In oil and gas industry production operations and projects commissioning activities and have a minimum 8 to 10 years, post first degree, relevant knowledge and experience in production operations,


10. EPC CONTRACT SPECIALIST URF/SPS/FPU (Code: PRC01)

• To conduct all Procurement processes & activities i.e. tender, pre-bid meeting, evaluations
• To liaise with other relevant internal & external parties during procurement process
• To coordinate with Requesting Unit for procurement plan and scope of work To prepare document of contract or Purchase/Service Order to be signed by both Parties
• Other activities relevant to procurement
• The candidate should have a degree in Engineering, a minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and experience in handling project facilities.


11 JR. COMPLETION ENGINEER (Code: DRL02)

• The job operates in a complex and technically demanding environment when a clear understanding of the objectives must be established and then developed into a cost effective, feasible project which requires critical interfacing wit~ several other disciplines within the organization and numerous external service suppliers.
• To prepare work programs to meet the defined objectives and in line wit~ planned activities, including regulatory notifications and consents,
• To attend daily office meetings to manage the quality of the well operations by ensuring they are carried out to the required standards.
• To track and report expenditure as required.
• To perform occasional offshore supervision, so as to maintain the safety and quality of the offshore operations.
• To compile, record, maintain and transfer well operations data.
• To assist in safety initiatives and incident investigations and follow up actions,
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Technical understanding of the complexities of planning and executing welt, and subsea operations. Adequate technical knowledge on planning and running operations with vertical and horizontal x-mas trees.


12 .CUSTOM DUTY OFFICER (Code: DRL03)

• To ensure the fulfillment of importation and custom formalities for Company and Contractors/Suppliers materials and equipments without any delay on the planned offshore drilling activity.
• To ensure the optimization of any benefits under the PSC in terms of custom, import/export duties and fees.
• To plan, organize and implement the reception of materials and equipments
• handling custom clearance formalities and payment of any duty.
• To ensure that contacts are maintained with custom and other Authorities as necessary.
• To ensure that all certificates, licenses and permits necessary for custom purposes are obtained when required.
• To act in the respect of professional ethics and Company code of practice. Technical Bachelor (degree preferred).
• The Indonesian laws requirement and its process for approval of Master List are a mandatory professional skill.
• 5 years of oil & gas Industry Experience.
• 3 years of Importation/Custom Clearance Experience.


13 BASE AND WAREHOUSE SUPERINTENDENT (Code: DRL04)

• To manage the operations of the Marine Base during drilling, completion and production activity for the materials / equipments, personnel, supply vessels and choppers/aircrafts in order to meet the Company requirements and Government regulations.
• To manage the delivery of Company’s procured equipment and materials, assuring that they meet contractual quality specification and project delivery requirements. To manage the materials tracking, delivery, shipment and storage process.
• To manage the permits, formalities, transport, storage of the explosives for drilling requirements.
• To provide the monthly materials status report in Marine Base.
• To supervise the formalities process (Customs), loading the tubular, explosives, etc. in Batam (Bonded Zone).
• Technical high school diploma.


• Knowledge of materials / equipments required for drilling activity involving semi sub and drill ship units is a mandatory professional skill.
• 7 years of logistics experience
• 5 years of experience in oil & gas Industry.


14 WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (Code: DRL05)

• To provide specialist logistic support during operations advising on transportation and storage issues. To supervise all warehouse operations assuring safe and efficient material storage, effective inbound and outbound operations according to the existing procedures, and the accuracy of stock levels reports.
• To provide accuracy of warehouse inventory, material and equipment preservation, prompt shipment of materials and equipments to/from offshore facilities.
• Technical high school diploma.
• Knowledge of materials / equipments required for drilling, completion activity involving semisub and drill ship units is a mandatory professional skill.
• 5 years of oil and gas Industry experience.
• 3 years of logistic experience.


15 MATERIAL SUPERVISOR (Code: DRL06)

• To supervise all warehouse operations assuring safe and efficient material storage, and the accuracy of stock levels’ reports, To coordinate the activity of the whole personnel involved on materials and equipments handling at the offshore Base.
• To provide prompt handling and shipment of materials and equipments to / from offshore facilities. To assure that all the operations are carry out in a safe manner.
• Technical high school diploma.
• Knowledge of materials / equipments required for drilling and completion activity involving semi sub and drill ship units is a mandatory professional skill.
• 3 years of oil and gas Industry experience.
• 2 years of logistic experience.


16 BUSINESS ANALYST (Code: COM01)

• To develop economic model to assess the value of exploration and development projects
• To provide economic analysis of the company’s assets or data requested by Head Office
• To analyze the economics of exploration’s prospects, perform Relase-x analysis, decision tree analysis and provide specific studies for the management To evaluate new business opportunities for oil and gas exploration & exploitation The candidate should have a degree in Engineering or Economics, 3 years corking experience in oil and gas companies and multi national company with exposure to plan, monitor, analyze, budgeting and reporting.


17 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR (Code: COM02)

• To coordinate the evaluation of new business opportunities for oil and gas exploration & exploitation
• To supervise economics of exploration and development assets
• To ensure compliance of the approval process for agreements related to the new business opportunities with relevant Eni Indonesia and local regulations requirements
• To liaise with exploration, development, legal and finance functions to review agreements related new business opportunities
• The candidate should have a degree in Engineering or Reservoir with sounded experience in project economics, at east 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and/or working in a multinational company with significant exposure to exploration prospects identification, economic analysis and business development.


18 JUNIOR PLANNER (Code: FIN01)

• To support the Group investment authorization process and the related monitoring activity
• To support the Senior Finance Analyst in performing oil and gas project economic analyses

19 HR SENIOR COORDINATOR (Code: HRD01)

• Operates as an organizational leader to management in the identification, development, and implementation of business processes.
• To align work force and key business initiatives through use of organizational effectiveness.
• Support the company in the implementation of recruitment objectives and policies.
• Coordinate the preparation of manpower plan and accordingly prepare, monitor and control an efficient recruitment plan.

• The candidate should have a degree in in human resource management, business administration, organizational development , or related field with at least 10 years of experience in HR Department of an international oil and gas


20 COMMERCIAL ANALYST (Code: COM03)

• To provide support of analyzing the technical and data market utilizing a range of business software
• To produce accurate reports and position assessments allowing commercial decision making within Eni
• The candidate must have an degree in Engineering, Economics or Geotechnical with a minimum of 3 years experience in exploration and production in a commercial and/or business development role with in the oil industry and previous demonstrable experience of involvement in the analysis of gas and LNG marketing and commercial arrangements. Have sound knowledge of complex transportation and processing systems.


21 LEGAL COUNSEL (Code: LEG01)

• Negotiation, preparation and finalization of various domestic and international business/commercial contracts in connection with Company’s activities in the exploration and development of oil and gas
• Provide legal advice as required by the Company in connection with the relevant business transactions/projects, corporate legal matters and the implementation of regulations as well as coordinating with the authorities.
• The candidate must have a Master degree majoring in Business Law with a minimum of 10 years experience in the international oil and gas business and experience as in-house role.


General requirements

You must be a good communicator and high motivated with highly effective multi-disciplinary team working skills. Good analytical skills as well as effective communication with other relevant internal and external parties. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
