PT. Metropolitan Televisindo (B-Channel) is a networked terrestrial private television station from Jakarta, Indonesia. B-Channel has the segmentation as a family TV Channel. B-Channel airs officially on November 1, 2009 in Jakarta. Currently, the program B-Channel itself is more focused on entertainment, soft news and variety show for families. We are currently seeking:

Finance Staff (Code: Finance)
Requirements :

• Male/Female max. 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• A tough and hard worker person who can work with team.
• Able to work with target and pressure in a high pace environment.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Recruitment Staff (Code: REC-Staff)
Responsibilities:

• Preparing job advertisement
• Screening application
• Arranging interview with HR and user
• Conducting psycho-test
• Interviewing candidate for staff level
• Administration and filling documents

Requirements:

• Male/Female, max. 27 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology or equivalent from reputable university.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Prefer from Broadcast TV industry
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Have a good knowledge about Psychological test and interview
• Good analytical thinking, conceptual and administration skill
• Having excellent communication, good interpersonal skill, and dynamic
• High motivation and willing to work hard to meet tight deadline
• Full-Time position(s) available.
