Recruitment Specialist - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• Manage all recruitment activities, covering several points:
• Sourcing of candidates • Liaise with candidates, universities, users, and other related parties
• Perform several steps of selection process
• Provide regular report of the selection activities and achievement of the target

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): interviewing skill, observation skill.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Instrument Engineer (Maintenance) - Kalimantan Timur (Balikpapan)
Responsibilities:

Review site report, highlight and investigate shutdown causes and problems; Follow-up the preventive and major maintenance plan of site; Assist site personnel in trouble-shooting and solving site recurrent or complex issues; Anticipate site instrumentation and control system problems such as obsolescence, saturation and bottleneck; Define and submit efficient and cost effective remedial plan to the problems; Develop the scope of work and service terms and conditions for service and material contracts; Develop the scope of work and service terms and conditions for service and material contracts for heavy maintenance works Ensure the compliance of the Contractor works with TI Safety Regulations and Company rules; Ensure and check that contractor’s work is implemented safely for people and environment; Manage and plan the works under his responsibility and co-ordinate with site to validate the schedule; Conduct kick-off meeting on site, present the works to be performed, analyse and alert site personnel on relevant risk or downgraded situation, assist site to the definition of the corresponding precaution to be taken; Assist engineering for all instrumentation matters, keep contact and awareness of their activity to help to the harmonization of the instrumentation and to ensure a smooth integration of the work with site; Review and ensure the compliance of instrumentation works with the Company specifications; Assistance in coordinating site and project works during new project integration into existing facilities; Contribute to his and TI instrumentation personnel awareness of latest instrumentation and control system technical progress;

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Physic Engineering/ Instrument/ Control System/ Electrical Engineering) or equivalent.
• Preferred skill(s): instrumentation and control system.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.

C & D Method Engineer (Competency & Development) - Kalimantan Timur (Balikpapan)
Responsibilities:

• Plan and control the jobs related to C&D method matters in order to respect the HSE policies & procedures
• Maintain the Competency database to ensure the Competency Database is valid and up to date, in accordance with given Objectives
• Coordinate and maintain FO/C&D Technical Library (hard copy and electronic formats) to ensure implementation of documentation and library management systems within agreed time frame
• Act as a custodian of FO/C&D Controlled Documents, to organize and maintain the FO/C&D Controlled Documents management system
• Provide proactive assistance for all administrative tasks to support the C&D Departments activities as per instruction received from the Head of Competence and Development, in accordance with FO/ C&D procedures, Metier requirements, Company Rules and Regulations

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Preferred skill(s): planning or competency & development.
• Preferably 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Preferably experience with Documentation Management systems (Procedures, planning)
• Preferably knowledge in planning software application such as Primavera or equivalent
• Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
