Doing administrative work at HR & Admin Department
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma (D3) in any field
- Required skill(s): Ms Office, Internet
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in GA (especially from Oil & Gas)

Receptionist (Code: RCP)
Responsibilities:
- The personnel shall report to HR & Admin
- Answering the telephone and handling incoming or outgoing mails
- Dealing with telephone enquiries or referring them to the relevant member of staff
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or staff member
- Answering face-to-face enquiries and providing information when required
- Maintaining visitor records
- Keeping the waiting area tidy
- Sending mails and making telephone calls and organizing meeting times/meeting rooms
Skills:
- A polite and courteous manner regardless of the situation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English
- The ability to keep calm under pressure
- Word processing abilities
- The ability to work telecommunication systems (telephones, fax machines, switchboards etc)
- The ability to make people feel at ease
- The willingness to go the extra mile even at busy times
- The ability to work under own initiative
