The Responsibility
Provide premium customer service, product knowledge and expertise to customers; act as store’s concierge and runner, to ensure highest customer service standard is delivered.
Working schedule
Following mall operation hour, mainly on weekends and public holiday
The Person
Excellent communication skills with pleasant disposition. Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for Louis Vuitton’s products and services. Adaptable and a fast learner with a customer service focused mentality and initiatives
Education & Qualification
Student or fresh graduates from any discipline. computer literate, bilingual (Indonesian and English. Has fervor for high-end retailing is welcome to apply. Although with some experience in retail, customer service or hospitality industry is preferred. With a clear understanding that what we offer is a career in retail operations, successful individuals are required to perform retail operational hours
