BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business data warehouse according to business user need and procedures.
• Control database data quality and develop database extractions by SQL script.
• Interface other software applications and create reports according to user needs.
• Prepare business intelligence reporting.
• Work with IT team to develop and deploy new applications.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Accounting from reputable University with min GPA 2,75
• Fluently in English (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel (including macro in VBA), Access, PPT and SQL.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially data mining and business intelligence.
• Good analytical thinking.
• Good team work and communicative.

Mine Long /short term Engineer ( MPE )

• Min. Degree in Mining Engineering.

Surveyor ( S )

• Min. D3 Geodetic or related
• Min. Experience 3 years as a Surveyor
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.

Maintenance & Plan Superitendent ( MPSpt )

• Min. degree in mechanical Engineering
• Mechanical Experience with Hydraulic Excavator, Dozers, Graders, Trucks, Drills, MULTIFLO Pump (min 5 years)
• Ability to understand service manuals ( CAT, Komatsu, Cummins engines and hydraulic systems )
• Excellent coaching, training and mentoring abilities.
• Proven experience in delivering Mine Maintenance Programs and overseeing mine maintenance budgets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Familiar with CATERPILLAR & KOMATSU machines & engines is preferred.

Maintenance & Plant Supervisor ( MPS )

• Min. degree in mechanical Engineering
• Mechanical Experience with Hydraulic Excavator, Dozers, Graders, Trucks, Drills, MULTIFLO Pump min 3 Years
• Ability to understand service manuals ( CAT, Komatsu, Cummins engines and hydraulic systems )

• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills

HR Industrial Relation Supervisor ( HR-IRSpv )

• Tertiary qualities in Law with minimum 3 years experience in large Mining.
• Excellent knowledge in Labour Law, Industrial Relation practices and government regulations.
• Experienced in handling various cases of Industrial Relation in Labour Court.
• Excellent in English, both written and oral

Cost Control Project – Finance ( CC )

• Bachelor degree from Accounting
• Max 30 years old and experienced in finance
• Experience in same position min 2 years

HRGA Supervisor ( HRGASpv)

• Bachelor Degree related to each position
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR
• Familiar with manpower regulation (UU No 13/2003)
• Excellent leadership skill
