Citilink operates five new Boeing B737-300 airplanes, each with a 148 seat capacity. Recently we added three modern Airbus A320 jets which seat up to 180 passengers and soon in February will be coming 2 more units of A320. SM Safety Assurance - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Actively promoting safety and quality within corporate unit.
- Ensuring that safety assurance activities are led by individuals who are appropriately trained and qualified to perform those activities.
- Establishing and publishing Line Operation Assessment System (LOAS) report.
- Establishing the interval and frequency internal safety and security audit to the whole station and departmental within Citilink.
- Establishing and maintaining the corporate unit compliance program to maintain compliance standard to any authority and industrial best practice.
- To reveal area of operational flight safety activities that are deficient and/or not in accordance with the required relevant regulations and industry best practices requirements.
- Capable to identify operational and technical safety hazards that are potential to become causal or contributing factors to incident and accident.
- To maintain safety awareness level.
- In turn, appropriate corrective measures could be implemented to maintain all operational safety activities in compliance and conformance with the required company and/or national and/or international regulations and best aviation industry practice requirements.
- Manage management review of SafetyActionBoard (SAB) and assist Director ofSafety, Security and Qualityin conducting a Corporate Safety Committee meeting
- Act as Emergency Management CenterSecretary incase of Emergency Arise.
Requirements:
- Have extensive operational experience in aviation as a flight crew, flight attendance, engineers or equivalent experience in aviation management and in accordance with the minimum qualification laid down in the CASRs; or
- Bachelor degree from university,
- Quality Management System or Safety Management System Qualification or / Safety Course/ Program (Certificate)
- At least 3 years flight operations experience, Preferable Flight Ops or even holder a CPL (not necessary current)
- Understanding the philosophy of TEM/ CRM
- Experience in in Safety Audit, experiamce as Lead Auditor is preferable
- Good understanding in Rules and Regulations CASR/ ICAO Annexes
- Computer literacy or MS Office.
Public Relation Manager - Jakarta
Requirements:
- Preferable Female with age range of 28-38 years old.
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in all disciplines preferably in Communication/Public Relation
- 3 years of professional experience in media, journalism or other creative industry
- Writing skills (for release and other material)
- Interpersonal Skills (to handle media & Build network of journalist)
- English fluency in speaking and writing
- Proposed date of Employment : April-May 2012
New Marketing Admin Support - Jakarta
Requirements:
- Male or female with age range of 20-30 years old.
- D3 in all disciplines
- At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in Marketing or related industry
- Computer skill especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and related software
- Interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Some degree of administrative skills

Requirements:
